Ever

To see a place, in which would be.
In all directions, land and sea.
A wind does blow, with the gentle caress of a star.
Swirling home, till light turns dark.

Quiet place, of night and space
From within a shake
Severed sounds does a song make
And the quiet night gives way to light

The turn is over, and back around
Starlights clarity, unto the ground
Breached by floating sea vapour
Light upon your face does taper

But as you gaze, upon its marvel
The swirling home does travel
And starlights clarity gives way
To a dimly lit place, of stars astray
